Grawen Centre An open award centre in the Brecon Beacons National Park specific to the expedition and residential sections of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award, enabling 16 - 25 year olds from schools, colleges, universities and youth groups to take up this exciting challenge in Wales, confident that afterwards they will promote and advise others of the beauty of our region. At Grawen Centre, the hub of M.W. Guiding Services and Wales' premier centre, you will find friendly staff who are all M.L.T.B. trained and qualified and have C.R.B. clearance.  The centre
is authorised to administer the National Navigation
Award Scheme. So, as well as providing professional supervision
for individuals, or up to four groups, who wish to undertake the expedition,
residential and exploration sections of The Duke of
Edinburgh's Scheme, we are able to provide each person on a residential
with the chance of gaining this prestigious award during their time with
us. |
